Area of application (scope) of VO (EU) No. 167/2013

Here you will find the area of application (scopes) of the new Regulation VO (EU) No. 167/2013.

This Regulation applies for agricultural and forestry vehicles which are designed and constructed in one or more stages.

The Regulation also applies for systems, components and separate technical units and for parts and equipment which are designed and constructed for such vehicles.
