You may register by using the registration form. Afterwards you receive a written confirmation and invoice from us. The cancellation fee, if the prospective participant cancels, are divided into different phases – depending on the notice of cancellation (prior to start of the event) – just as follows:

30 %	up to three weeks prior
50 %	up to one week prior
100 %	within one week prior

If the organizing party cancels the event the already paid fees will be reimbursed. Further claims regarding the organizer do not exist.
