TSI goes ISO: The new TSI.STANDARD V4.6!

Key changes from V4.5 (July 2023) to V4.6 (November 2024):

Alignment and addition of criteria based on further ISO/IEC 22237 parts published in 2024, as well as integration of EN 50600-2-4:2023:

• ISO/IEC 22237-2: Information technology - Data center facilities and infrastructures – Part 2: Building construction, February 2024
• ISO/IEC 22237-6: Information technology - Data center facilities and infrastructures – Part 6: Security systems, February 2024
• DIN EN 50600-2-4 (VDE 0801-600-2-4):2023-09: Information technology – Data center facilities and infrastructures – Part 2-4: Telecommunications cabling infrastructures; German version EN 50600-2-4:2023

To address these updates, three new ISO-specific criteria (in the areas of ENV, FIR, and ACV) were introduced, references to EN standards were supplemented with references to ISO/IEC standards, and minor adjustments were made to the wording of existing criteria. Ultimately, TSI.STANDARD V4.5 already covered approximately 98% of the new ISO standards.

Additionally, adaptions to existing criteria were made, driven by practical application and the aforementioned standards. These corrections affect the areas of ENV, CON, CAB, ACV, ORG (Organization), DOC (Documentation), and the optional certification extension EFF (Energy Efficiency).

The TSI.STANDARD V4.6 criteria catalog has been valid since November 1, 2024, and is available in both German and English.
