BAR approval the easy way
According to the German Social Code, in-patient rehabilitation facilities must be able to demonstrate operation of a quality management system approved by the Federal Working Group on Rehabilitation (BAR). In fact, many facilities have already implemented a management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Now, systemQM certification from TÜV NORD CERT offers an upgrade with the opportunity to integrate the BAR requirements into an existing QM system. systemQM itself is based on the ISO standard, which also leads to far-reaching synergies.
Flexible and compatible
The ISO 9001 certificate is included in the systemQM certification, and the system QM certification also confirms by means of a second certificate that the requirements stipulated in the agreement on internal quality management according to Article 20, Section 2a of the German Social Code are met.
systemQM is suitable for all in-patient rehabilitation facilities, but there is differentiation by means of the second certificate, which comes in the following three versions.
- systemQM Parents and Child
- systemQM REHA
- systemQM for Psychosomatic Disorders
In order to be eligible for the certification, the facility must have already established a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
