Quality management with integrated occupational safety
An efficient quality management system and measures for effective health and safety: you will help improve processes, promote quality, document performance and increase profitability. Health sector companies now have the possibility to effectively unite both – with MAAS-BGW, the quality management system with integrated occupational safety.
In view of increased competition within the health sector as well as legal stipulations and health insurer demands, an increasing number of providers are opting for the proven quality management system as per DIN EN ISO 9001. This can be optimally expanded to include the occupational safety management requirements (MAAS) of the Professional Association for Health and Welfare (BGW).
Proving the successful implementation of MAAS-BGW with a certificate issued by TÜV NORD CERT provides many competitive advantages for all facilities in the health sector or other member of the BGW: In addition to the regulatory requirements, occupational safety based on quality management methods can reduce the number of accidents and illnesses. The result is lower absenteeism, hence avoiding and drops in quality. Transparent processes also increase employee motivation and employee identification with the company.
